We are partnering with delivery providers to provide doorstep delivery in the following South East Asian countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia is included at no additional cost for products purchased on this site*. Shipping to East Malaysia will be at prevailing rates by delivery providers.

Consumers from other countries can pay a small fee** to have their purchases shipped to them. Once payment is completed, all customers will receive a code to track their parcel.

*The speed of delivery will depend on your distance from our warehouses. On average, customers can expect to wait 5-10 working days to receive their parcel if located within Peninsular Malaysia. 14-21 days in East Malaysia

**The exact cost and speed of delivery will be, once again, based on geographical distance. You will receive an estimate of the delivery time as estimated by the delivery providers after completing payment.

Exchange
Customers are required to pay their own shipping and handling charges when requesting for a product exchange. The delivery cost will be borne by the customers and will not be refunded. Therefore, we urge all customers to only send parcels using reputable courier companies.
